Well, I got my new lens yesterday. It went through one big adventure getting here. The truck it was in got into an accident. Hope nobody was hurt. Anyway, on a more positive note.. This thing is fantastic, and I thought it would be smaller than it is. When it focuses, it gets huge. (twss) I love being able to get some pretty damn nice macro shots from x feet away instead of having to be right in front of whatever I'm taking a picture of. It was only $170, and I'm pretty satisfied with it. The quality's not bad, the only downside is that it does take a little longer than I expected to focus, but that's whatever. I can deal.

I can see things that I couldn't see with the naked eye. Hell, even if I found a particle of dust on somethi
